Lunar topographic coefficients

Spherical harmonic coefficients for lunar topography, an updated version of Araki et al. (2009).

The lunar topography is expanded up to degree and order 359. Unit is in meter. The origin of expansion is set to lunar center of mass. The degree-0 coefficient indicates lunar mean radius and the degree-1 coefficients indicate offset between center of mass and center of figure.
