Internal maser motions in the star forming region OH43.8-0.1 (vol.27: 2005.9.1)
Monitoring observations with VERA revealed internal motions of maser spots in the Galactic star forming region OH 43.8-0.1.
As a series of test observations, the H2O maser source OH43.8-0.1 was being monitored for 9 months, and internal maser motions were clearly detected.
Internal motions of maser spots indicates a bipolar structure, like other maser sources in the Milky Way Galaxy, with north-south extension of ~ 3000 AU and outflow velocity of ~ 8 km/s.
