LOC will prepare documents that the Japanese government requires of the host institute to prepare for your VISA application. Drafts of these documents will be e-mailed within few days after your VISA request for avoiding possible mistakes. After your confirmation, officially signed documents will be mailed to you via EMS.

Travel Guide:
The workshop will be held at the Hokkaido University Conference Hall.
The University is almost in front of the JR Sapporo Station.
It takes about 40 min to get to the Sapporo station by train from the New-Chitose Airport.
Travel Guides are available on the website of the Hokkaido University.
